Bordentown Police Chief Recovering After Shooting
BORDENTOWN Twp., N.J., (CBS) – Bordentown Police Chief Frank Nucera is recovering after being shot in the leg. (See Previous Story)
Investigators say a juvenile somehow caused Nucera's service weapon to go off, hitting him in the leg.
The incident happened inside the Bordentown Municipal Building, inside of a tax assessor's office.
The incident remains under investigation.
