Fan Comforted, Prayed For By Tim Tebow During Seizure Speaks Out

PHOENIX, Az. (CNN) -- At his first Arizona Fall League baseball game, Tim Tebow made a hit for the way he comforted a fan having a medical emergency.

The man was watching Tebow's first baseball game at Camelback Ranch on Tuesday when he had a seizure and collapsed.

"And then all of a sudden, I started feeling really hot," recalled Brandon Berry from his hospital bed. "Then I just blacked out."

Coughing and gasping for air, Berry woke up to a familiar face.

"Then I knew, I was like, 'Oh my,'" said Berry.

His angel in the outfield was none other than Tebow.

"It was very shocking. I don't think he would ever stop by to see me," said Berry.

Berry had just had a severe seizure, made worse by the heat of the day. For nearly 20 minutes, Tebow comforted him, talked to him and even prayed with him.

"It was very helpful because I usually have somebody that I know with me, but this time it was different because I didn't have a lot of people that I knew there. But to see him, knowing him off TV, it was kind of helpful," said Berry.

It was all caught on camera and that video went viral.

"It's a little overwhelming because I'm just a guy who has seizures," said Berry. "I didn't think that something like this would be going all over the country. " This is the second time Tebow has done something like this.

Back in June, he prayed with the family of a man having a medical emergency on a flight from Atlanta to Phoenix.
