Shots fired in Ferguson

St. Louis County Police Chief Jon Belmar says during a protest marking the first anniversary of the death of 18-year-old Michael Brown, a man approached officers who were in an unmarked police car and opened fire. The officers returned fire from inside the vehicle.

"I don't wanna die too younggggg"

About a week before his death, Christian Taylor, who was influenced by the Michael Brown killing in Ferguson, tweeted an eerily prescient message. The teen soon was shot and killed in Arlington, Texas, by a rookie cop.The FBI is joining the investigation of the shooting.

Trump Vs. Fiorina

Bombastic billionaire Donald Trump is leveling his criticisms at fellow Republican presidential candidate Carly Fiorina, saying she has "zero chance" at winning the GOP nomination. His denunciation of Fiorina marks a fast turnaround from three days ago, when Trump told Fox News he thought she had been "an effective debater."

Erikson takes on Trump

Conservative radio host Erik Erikson has launched another salvo at Trump.

Frank Gifford dead

Former NFL star and broadcasting stalwart Frank Gifford died suddenly at his Connecticut home of natural causes at the age of 84.

Grizzly attack

The official autopsy is due today in the death of a Montana man found in Yellowstone National Park. Based on tracks found at the scene and other evidence, it appears an adult female grizzly and at least one cub were involved.
