Miley Cyrus shows off sexy side, rap skills in new "23" video

Miley Cyrus shows off her rap skills in the new video for "23," released Monday.

This is the third music video to come out from Cyrus' upcoming "Bangerz" album, due Oct. 8.

The video, produced by Mike WiLL Made-It, features guest appearances by rappers Wiz Khalifa and Juicy J. It finds the 20-year-old pop star sporting a Chicago Bulls bikini outfit, complete with Michael Jordan's signature No. 23.

The clip takes places in a school, and the first time we see Cyrus, she's in a locker room smoking a cigarette, while writing #23 on a mirror. This is not your high school locker room.

"23" comes on the heels of Cyrus' record-breaking"Wrecking Ball"and twerk-heavy "We Can't Stop" videos.

Cyrus continues her promotion for the new album with her first Rolling Stone cover story. She appears topless on the magazine's cover, and in the accompanying story, Cyrus talks about her VMAs performance, saying, "Honestly, that was our MTV version. We could have even gone further, but we didn't. I thought that's what the VMAs were all about! It's not the Grammys or the Oscars. You're not supposed to show up in a gown, Vanna White-style. It's supposed to be fun!"

And in case you were wondering, Cyrus says she "wasn't trying to be sexy" at the MTV Video Music Awards last month, telling the magazine, "If I was trying to be sexy, I could have been sexy. I can dance a lot better than I was dancing."
