"Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2016." Carrie Underwood headlines at this year's celebration with Ryan Seacrest. ABC, 9 pm ET.
"Pitbull's New Year's Revolution, Part 1." Fifth Harmony and Fall Out Boy will join Pitbull in Miami. Fox, 8 pm to 10 pm, 11 pm to 12:30 am ET.
"New Year's Eve with Carson Daly." Musical performers will include Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani, and Tony Bennett and Lady Gaga will perform together from "Cheek to Cheek." NBC, 10 pm ET.
