Voters west of the Twin Cities can expect steadier rain and stronger wind on Election Day
The steadier rain will continue to the north and west, WCCO’s Mike Augustyniak says, and it will be much windier west of the metro, where a regionwide voting forecast shows a longer stretch of clouds and rain.
