Video game spurred fatal attack on man at Minnesota facility, lawsuit says
The family of a patient who, according to court documents, was beaten to death by his roommate at the Minnesota Security Hospital is suing the state for negligence. As Esme Murphy reports, they say staff knowingly let the killer break the rules by allowing him to play a violent video game.
