Twin Cities magazine promotes open coversations about substance use and recovery through creativity

The first edition of Highly Favored Magazine is out now. It's a new grassroots arts movement highlighting diverse voices from across Minnesota to open up the conversation on substance use – and to lower barriers of compassion and understanding.
