“There will never be less than two pilots in a Delta cockpit,” CEO Ed Bastian says
Bastian says that as long as he leads Delta, the airline will keep two pilots in every cockpit, even as he plans for artificial intelligence to make employees faster and more efficient. He also says the pace of AI development worries him.
