Target is closing stores across the country due to uptick in theft

The Minnesota based retailer says crime is so bad in some stores, it's only option is to close some locations completely. Major U.S. cities are included on that list. One store in New York City. Two in Seattle. Three in San Francisco and three stores in Portland are set to close near the end of October.
