Talking Points preview: Driver’s licenses for undocumented Minnesotans
An estimated 81,000 undocumented immigrants live, work, and go to school in Minnesota. Starting Oct. 1, even though they don't have legal status, they will be able to apply for and get a Minnesota driver’s license.
