St. Olaf student was allegedly planning "mass casualty event"
Prosecutors just charged 20-year-old St. Olaf student Waylon Kurts with making threats. Police say they uncovered ammunition magazines, knives and a hand-drawn map of the campus rec center in his dorm room and car.
