Minnesota lawmaker shooting suspect expected to change not guilty plea
The man accused of carrying out one of the most shocking political attacks in Minnesota history will be back in court Thursday morning. It could be a major change. New court documents indicate Vance Boelter will take responsibility for killing former House Speaker Melissa Hortman and her husband, Mark, and wounding Sen. John Hoffman and his wife and daughter.
