Minnesota AG says he will continue to fight ICE operation after judge denies TRO

A federal judge denied a request for a temporary restraining order that would have halted Operation Metro Surge activity in Minnesota. The request is part of a federal lawsuit from the State of Minnesota, the cities of Minneapolis and St Paul, and joined by 10 other Minnesota cities. Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem celebrated the ruling saying, "This is a win for public safety and law and order." Attorney General Keith Ellison has a very different view.
