Minneapolis mayor addresses $3M in police OT during ICE surge
WCCO reported that Minneapolis police officers worked at least $3 million over budget during Operation Metro Surge. Mayor Jacob Frey held a news conference Thursday with the hopes of clearing up what he says was misinformation about the numbers.
