Experts outline ways to stay safe on winter roads

We all know the first snow of the season can bring danger for motorists, no matter how many winters someone has seen. Last year, the Twin Cities' first significant snowfall was on Dec. 19 with five and a half inches on the ground. The State Patrol at that time reported more than 500 crashes and more than 300 spinouts. Ubah Ali gathered some expert advice on staying safe while on the roads this winter.
