Deliberation began on June 13 for murder charges against Truck Park bar gunman
Terry Brown and Devondre Phillips were shooting at each other inside Truck Park bar in 2021, killing one and injuring 14. Phillips was found guilty of attempted murder a few months ago. Brown is charged with murder and attempted murder. The jury in his case started deliberating yesterday and is continuing today.
