Columbia Heights detective testifies in trial of man accused of killing Jordan Collins Jr.
Testimony continues in Anoka County court today for the man accused of killing Jordan "Manny" Collins Jr., his 16-year-old son. The boy's dismembered remains were found in a garbage bag at a landfill in Elk River last year.
