Cinco de Mayo event in St. Paul aims to rejuvenate city's west side
St. Paul is getting ready to host thousands of people for Cinco de Mayo. The hope is that after months of fear, people will come out and give bars and restaurants a needed boost. A state lawsuit claims St. Paul businesses lost more than $165 million in revenue during Operation Metro Surge.
