Bovino: Man shot dead in Minneapolis "wanted to do maximum damage and massacre law enforcement"

On Saturday afternoon, U.S. Border Patrol Commander Greg Bovino claimed the fatal shooting of a man in south Minneapolis Saturday "looks like a situation where an individual wanted to do maximum damage and massacre law enforcement."
