A 60-year-old Rosemount man is accused of pulling a gun on another man after losing in a game of cribbage, according to charges filed Wednesday in Dakota County Court. Peter Eldon Kvam was charged with second-degree assault and one count of terroristic threats in connection with the incident
Two people were arrested Thursday after witnesses saw someone with a gun on the University of Minnesota Duluth campus. The school was put in lockdown when a UMD employee called 911 after seeing a man drop a weapon. The university says a 15-year-old boy and a 19-year-old man were arrested, and a pellet gun was recovered.
