A 33-year-old Minneapolis man has pleaded not guilty to charges that accuse him of setting a tent on fire with a victim in a wheelchair inside.

A 33-year-old Minneapolis man has pleaded not guilty to charges that accuse him of setting a tent on fire with a victim in a wheelchair inside.
Timothy Amacher was sentenced in court Monday morning for the incident that wounded Nicole Lenway.
Nicole Lenway had been shot while she was picking up her 5-year-old child, whom she shares with Amacher. She suffered numerous internal injuries due to the gunshot wound to her neck.
