Two Ramsey Police officers and the man they shot and killed outside of a daycare Thursday afternoon have all been identified. The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension and the Anoka County Sheriff's Office are investigating the incident, which began after a daycare worker called police to report a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot.
