Your Thoughts: Alcoholics Find 'Safe' Place To Drink

ST. PAUL, Minn. (WCCO) -- For many years, the model for treating alcoholism has been through intense peer support and 12-step programs. But there's a house in St. Paul where chronic alcoholics don't take part in group therapy.

In fact, they still drink.

On Feb. 6, Bill Hudson went inside a little-known program giving chronic alcoholics a safe haven is more important than curing their disease.
