Workers Memorial Mural Dedicated At State Capitol
ST. PAUL, Minn. (WCCO) -- A new mural on the State Capitol Mall honors those who are seldom celebrated.
The privately-funded Workers Memorial has taken years to plan, design and build.
Minnesota artist Craig David put the thousands of pieces of cut and colored stone together in a sweeping panorama of Minnesota's labor history.
Former Vice President Walter Mondale was a part of the dedication ceremony on Monday.
David has created other well-known murals around the Twin Cities.
