Wis. Man Arrested For 5th OWI Offense
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Wisconsin State Patrol arrested a man for operating a vehicle under the influence Saturday morning, his fifth such offense.
The Wisconsin Department of Transportation said 45-year-old Scott Charles McDonald has been charged with operating while intoxicated. A trooper stopped McDonald's pickup truck when he was weaving on Highway 35 near Carlson Road in Summit, Wisconsin.
McDonald was also charged with operating after revocation. He is being held in the Douglas County Jail.
