Weather Blog: Sun, Flakes
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Our Saturday will feature plenty of sun, with high temperatures running a bit below normal.
On Sunday, a low pressure system swings through Minn. and then into Wis. late in the day. The result should be some periods of light snow. In the Twin Cities, we could see an inch or two, especially from around mid afternoon into the evening hours of Sunday.
We're still watching the computer models for a potential winter storm late Tuesday into Wednesday. The track of that low is crucial…one model drops the heaviest snow to the southeast of the Twin Cities, another indicates that the metro could receive substantial snow.
Check back with us over the next few days as we tweak the snow forecast.
