We have a shot at an above average Wednesday. The average high in the Twin Cities is now around 31 degrees.
A nice south breeze should help pump our temps to the mid-30s across southern Minnesota. Yes, we might actually take away more snow than we add.
There is a chance of flurries with the best shot of accumulation happening in northern Minnesota (maybe 1-2 inches max).
The cooler weekend still appears imminent as arctic air settles in for a few days. Expect highs only in the teens Friday and Saturday.
