MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- It's the second week of spring, and there are so many great activities and events to get out and enjoy! Here are all the ones covered on WCCO 4 News Saturday Morning:

Nothing hits the spot quite like a hearty, filling bowl of pasta. The Italian comfort food is a favorite for many, so we went searching for the Best of Minnesota. And your votes sent Natalie Nyhus for a meal at Maucieri's Italian Bistro in Crosslake!

Is there anything better than a big scoop of ice cream on a hot day? How about a scoop of frozen custard instead. A stockbroker had a dream, was told he couldn't do it -- until he called the University of Minnesota. Jason DeRusha heads to David's Famous Frozen Custard for some frosty joy!

It's spring time, and that means baby animals are back at the Minnesota Zoo. You can see piglets, chicks, lambs, calves, goats and bunnies. Other activities include crafts and face painting. The Wells Fargo Family Farm featuring all of those cute little baby animals is open now through April 30. Hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Prices to get into the zoo range from $12 to $18.

Wednesday's snow definitely felt like a setback for spring lovers, but there are still signs of the season out there. The Minnesota Landscape Arboretum is hosting an Easter Brunch Sunday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. It will be decorated with some of the beautiful flowers that are already starting to bloom. This weekend, why not celebrate with a classic Easter egg hunt. And at Wheel Fun Rentals at St. Paul's Como Lake, they have so much more -- hay rides, bounce, rides and games. They open at 11 a.m. Saturday morning. The first egg hunt is at 11:30 a.m., and they have one every half hour until 4 p.m.

The Harlem Globetrotters are celebrating their 90th anniversary world tour. More than 300 games in North America will be played -- and they're at Target Center Saturday. Their events are one of a kind and full of family entertainment to thrill fans of all ages. And, of course, there is a lot of amazing basketball. The games starts at 1 p.m., and tickets start at $26.

Every spring, Holi -- also known as the "Festival of Colors" -- is celebrated in the Indian culture. It represents love and signifies the arrival of spring. People of all ages -- strangers and friends -- chase and color each other with powder and colored water throughout the open streets. You can take part in it Saturday at Minneapolis' Midtown Global Market. The festival runs from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. There will be food, henna, crafts, music and dancing -- and it's free to check out!
