H.S. Football Player Shot In Head Recovers, Graduates
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- It's been a long year of recovery for a Washburn High School football player, who was accidentally shot in the head.
After the incident last year in February, Montrell Wade was told by doctors that he wouldn't talk or walk again.
However, after numerous surgeries and physical therapies, he defied the overwhelming odds and did what no one thought possible. He talked, walked and graduated from high school.
