Anthony Barr, former Minnesota Viking and co-founder of Raise The Barr, a local nonprofit that helps low-income single parents with post-secondary education scholarships and other resources, is hosting the second annual Raise the Barr Under Review – a fashion show and whiskey tasting fundraiser.
