Truckload Of Aid From Minn. Headed To Tornado Victims

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Victims of last week's deadly tornado in Oklahoma say they will rebuild. And Minnesotans want to help.

In Rosemount, Minn., on Monday, volunteers loaded up a semi with supplies for the people in Moore, Okla. Things needed most are essential items, such as bottled water, diapers and clothes for kids.

Organizers like Teri Sinn said the donations will go a long way.

"This is great because they're so excited down in Oklahoma to get the donations," Sinn said. "They couldn't believe we're going to be doing this. So they were very happy."

Drivers are expected to leave Minnesota on Thursday to make the delivery.
