'Super Sprowtz': Researchers Create Vegetable Superheroes
Researchers created vegetable superheros called "Super Sprowtz," and hung banners or showed a video with them in 10 public elementary schools. After seeing the banner, the number of kids who took vegetables from the salad bar doubled.
