Police: Missing Vulnerable Child Found Safe In St. Paul
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Police in St. Paul say a vulnerable child who went missing Saturday night has been found and is safe.
Police say 15-year-old Philip Ward has been missing from the 2000 bock of Suburban Avenue since 7:30 p.m. Saturday.
MISSING UPDATE: Philip Ward has been located and is safe.

The St. Paul Police Department said early Sunday morning that Ward was located and is safe.
