Minnetonka Police Investigating Report Of Armed Intruder On Wayzata Boulevard
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Authorities in the Twin Cities say there is a large police presence Wednesday night near the intersection of Hopkins Crossroad and Interstate 394 in the west metro.
The Minnetonka Police Department says officers received a report of an armed intruder at an office building on the 11000 block of Wayzata Boulevard around 5 p.m.
Police say there is one or more suspects inside the building.
People inside the building were able to evacuate safely.
Authorities are asking the public to avoid the area.
