Pedestrian Killed In St. Louis County Crash
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Authorities in St. Louis and Pine Counties are investigating a fatal car crash involving a pedestrian early Tuesday morning.
According to the Minnesota State Patrol, shortly after 3:30 a.m. a Volvo, driven by 56-year-old Scott M. Madison of Cottage Grove, was involved in a crash with a pedestrian along Interstate 35 in St. Louis County.
The pedestrian, 35-year-old Tina Rushmeyer of Pine City, was killed.
The State Patrol says she was walking away from a stalled vehicle when she was hit.
