Storms Monday night in northwest Minnesota, possibly Tuesday in Twin Cities
Residents in northwest Minnesota will see storms on Monday night and the Twin Cities could see some on Tuesday morning.
The far northwest part of the state is under a slight risk for severe weather on Monday night, while western areas of Minnesota are under a marginal risk.
Storms may roll through the metro and areas to the west between 5 a.m. and 9 a.m. on Tuesday. Another round of storms is possible in the evening for communities east of Interstate 35 and in western Wisconsin.
The metro and parts of eastern Minnesota will be under a marginal risk for severe weather on Tuesday afternoon and evening. It will be humid, with highs in the mid-80s.
High temperatures will be in the low 80s between Wednesday and Friday.
There are more chances for storms on Saturday and Sunday.
