Minneapolis police find dying man in street after 911 call about shooting
A man is dead after a shooting in north Minneapolis early Thursday, according to police.
A caller told 911 they heard a gunshot, then a person yelling for help. Around 1:18 a.m., officers responding to 31st and Fourth avenues found a man in the street with a life-threatening gunshot wound.
Police said the man was taken to Hennepin Healthcare, where he later died.
No one has been arrested. Police are investigating.
