Michael Coombes Charged In Fatal Crash That Killed Friend In Eagan
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Police say a drunken driver killed his friend in a crash just days before Christmas.
Their car slammed head-on into a tree in Eagan.
Prosecutors charged Michael Coombes in the crash. They say he and Michael Renlund had left a house party. Police say Coombes admitted to having five drinks.
His friend died in the wreck.
There is a warrant out for Coombes' arrest.
