Man, 35, Dies After ATV Strikes Tree In Anoka County
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – A 35-year-old man died Sunday evening after his ATV struck a tree in Linwood Township. Investigators say alcohol may be a contributing factor.
Deputies responded to the crash in the 6800 block of 224th Avenue Northeast around 5:16 p.m. Investigators say the ATV was traveling westbound when he left the roadway at the end of a cul-de-sac and struck a tree.
The man died at the scene from his injuries. The crash is under investigation.
