Vehicle Collides With Light Rail Train In St. Paul
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A vehicle collided with a Metro Transit Green Line train Tuesday afternoon in St. Paul.
Metro Transit officials say the accident happened at about 3:40 p.m. near the Rice Street Station.
An indeterminate number of passengers in the vehicle that stuck the train suffered minor injuries.
Green Line service was stopped for about a half hour as crews cleared the scene.
