FTC Warns Against Puppy Scam Websites
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- When people are in the market for a new pet, many of them turn to the internet. But the Federal Trade Commission is warning people that not all of those websites are legitimate.

Keep in mind that new scammers pop up all the time.
