Woman Sentenced For Fatal Downtown Minneapolis Stabbing
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A 21-year-old woman is sentenced to 25 years in prison for a deadly stabbing at a Minneapolis parking garage.
Police say 21-year-old Ivory Andis was arguing with the victim before the stabbing last June.
According to the criminal complaint, she followed 44-year-old Dargenella Wade to the 9th Street Parking Garage and stabbed her multiple times.
During the sentencing hearing Friday, Andis cried throughout her statement and apologized repeatedly to Wade's family.
