Coronavirus In Minnesota: Gas Prices Fall Amid COVID-19 Fears
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Pump prices continue to decline as the global economy faces significant downward pressure from COVID-19 fears.
On Friday morning, WCCO's found gas as low as $1.72 at the Kwik Trip in Lakeville.
AAA says since Monday, the national average has dropped 8 cents, down to $2.30 a gallon on Friday.
In Minnesota right now, the average is $2.18 per gallon. That's down 11 cents from last week, and 30 cents from a year ago.
