Cooking With WCCO: Chocolate Shell & Triple B

Few things are better than a bowl of ice cream during the summer, and in today's Cooking with WCCO we're showing you how to make a couple of delicious toppings for an added bonus.

Topping #1 - Chocolate Shell

o Two ingredients make for a simple and delicious topping!
o Microwave and stir chocolate and coconut oil. Once warm, pour gently over ice-cream, allow to harden 30 seconds-then crack and eat.

Topping #2 – Triple B for grown-ups! (Blackberry Balsamic Basil with red wine).

o Mash a cup of blackberries and add with ¼ cup of sugar. Stir in red wine and basil and top over ice-cream
