Cedar Lake Trail Closure
It's been nearly a month since the Cedar Lake regional trail closed, but some bikers are ignoring the closure.
The trail is more than four miles long and runs east from Excelsior Boulevard in Hopkins to France Avenue in St. Louis Park. It closed in May due to construction on the Southwest Light Rail line.
