Cat Rescued In Minneapolis Apartment Fire
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A cat is safe after being rescued from a small kitchen fire inside an apartment.
On Friday morning, Minneapolis Fire Department responded to a fire at 3400 block of Dupont Avenue South. The third floor of the apartment had a kitchen fire, but was later put out with a fire extinguisher.
One cat was rescues from the apartment. There were no injuries.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
