Best Places To Watch The Vikings

There are plenty of places across the metro to not only enjoy the game on the big screen but to also enjoy your favorite drinks and foods that you don't even have to make yourself. And in one of these sports bars, you won't look like a fool jumping up and down all by yourself at the latest Brett Favre touchdown pass. You'll be joining the crowd!

With more than a dozen TVs and a cozy atmosphere, heading to JJ's Clubhouse will feel like watching the game at home ... but you don't have to cook! While they offer a bus to every Vikings game, if you don't have a ticket, grab your seat where you can watch more than one game. And if you're wanting to get an early start to your Vikings-watching, they serve a delicious breakfast Sunday mornings.

While they have several locations, this is the place to get the ultimate sports experience, especially since it's owned by a former Viking. The sports bars have huge 5- by 9-foot HDTV screens with personal speakers at each table so you can hear the exact game you want, or switch around as your head swivels at all the screens. How good is Joe Senser's for enjoying games? They were ranked No. 15 on Sports Illustrated's list of best sports bars in America and No. 18 on ESPN's Cold Pizza.

Across the street from the Metrodome, it's about as close as you'll get to the action without actually being under the Dome for a game. Be prepared for a line outside, especially if it's right around game time. But inside you'll feel cozy with large booths, tap beers and general bar food to enjoy. The bar is decorated with sports memorabilia that would make any fan envious.
