Shelter-in-place order lifted in Austin, Minnesota; "All suspects involved" arrested, police say
Police in Austin, Minnesota, have lifted a shelter-in-place order issued Monday morning.
The Austin Police Department has not yet disclosed what prompted the order between Ninth and Thirteenth avenues southeast. The department earlier said it was an "active police situation" involving a gun.
"All suspects involved in this matter have been arrested," police said.
The order was issued around 10:20 a.m. and lifted about two hours later.
Austin is about 100 miles south of Minneapolis.
