Apple Valley Police Break Up Fight At Graduation Party

APPLE VALLEY, Minn. (WCCO) -- A graduation party ended with a huge fight Friday night, which had to be broken up by police.

An officer was forced to use a Taser to get a 15-year-old under control.

It happened around 9:45 p.m. Friday night at the Hayes Community and Senior Center in Apple Valley.

When police got there, a group of 50 to 100 people were in the parking lot -- many of them fighting.

After the crowd broke up, police say smaller groups went a few blocks away and continued fighting.

Several people were arrested for disorderly conduct.
